There are 6 simple steps to enroling on to one of our courses:

Step 1

Select the course most appropriate to your needs and ensure you read all the relevant information provided. Please ring or email to request a call back if you have any questions about specific courses or if you prefer to book offline.  Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 to 5:30.

Step 2

Decide on the most convenient payment option for you.

Step 3

Click on the “Enrol Now” button to view a summary of the course, check the relevant summary details and select your desired payment option. For classroom based courses, you will also need to select your preferred date for attendance and location, if relevant.

Step 4

Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail if we process your order on your behalf over the phone.

Step 5

Once we have confirmed the receipt of your payment (or deposit) we will send you a further e-mail to confirm payment and it will include a welcome pack containing further information and the enrolment form for you to complete and return (by post or e-mail).

Step 6

Finally, once we have received your completed enrolment form, we will set you up on the course and make arrangements with you to get started. This whole process normally takes between 1 and 5 working days but will depend on how long it takes for your payment to be received and for you to return your enrolment form.
