The NVQ in Children’s Care, Learning and Development (CCLD) is a work-based qualification which recognises good practice by assessing the skills, knowledge and understanding of childcare practitioners. The NVQ is aimed at childcare practitioners working with children aged 0 – 16 years in a range of different settings.

Our NVQ level 3 training is delivered mainly online but includes some workbased assessments.

From September 2010 this qualification was to be replaced by the new Level 3 Diploma however this qualification was extended and is still available through @Home Childcare Training. in some circumstances it may be preferable to the new diploma.
